Dustin Thomas is a Mississippi attorney who combines experience with empathy. While attending law school, he supported a family on hourly wages, including a stepson severely injured in a car accident who died three months prior to Dustin's graduation in 1998. Personal loss and financial struggles have deepened his understanding of what his clients endure on a daily basis.
With a background as a "burner" cutting steel with a torch to earn an hourly wage, police officer and security officer, the founder of the Law Offices of Dustin N. Thomas, PLLC, understands people from all walks of life. Each experience and career exposed him to a variety of individuals. Some were fellow blue collar co-workers. Others were people suspected of breaking the law.
In his practice of personal injury, divorce and felony criminal defense, Dustin Thomas is a lawyer committed to cutting-edge technology in his practice of the law. He keeps up with the latest advances in smartphone apps (including one for his firm) and case management software.
Our founder also serves as the city prosecutor for Pascagoula, providing him vital insight into the criminal court process.
The Law Offices of Dustin N. Thomas, PLLC, offers free consultations for personal injury cases, all others are $125 for a one-hour initial consultation. Meetings can be held in our office or through telephone calls, FaceTime or Skype. Office hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (closed 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. for lunch) or other prearranged times. Friday hours 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Friday afternoon consultations are available with $150.00 prepaid payment.
